Catalogue of innovative teaching practices and best teaching tips for embedded food systems education
This will be a catalogue of new, innovative teaching concepts, practices and best teaching tips for embedded food systems education, developed based on the input collected from workshops with teachers (colleagues from partner universities, as well as teachers from other universities) organized locally by each project partner. Good education practices and ideas of the workshops’ participants will be presented, discussed, further developed, and collected into a catalogue. This includes also determination of the obstacles to overcome, skills and resources needed, methods to be used, suitability for study programme level(s) and needed pre-requisites of students.
A number of 10-12 best tips for teaching embedded food systems in territories will be additionally selected and collected in a booklet, printed and presented during the project Multiplier Events and disseminated by GOODFOOD partners to other universities in Europe and other relevant stakeholders either in printed or in e-format.
When completed, the catalogue of innovative teaching practices and best teaching tips will be available here.
