eLearning courses
“Embedded food systems in territories”
These were three e-learning courses in the topic of embedded food systems, organised in May-July 2021, 2022 & 2023 (3 rounds) within the GOODFOOD project. The e-learning phase of the project was designed to be an introductory phase for the following Intensive Study Programmes (in Germany, Muensterland in July 2022 and in Italy, Melle in July 2023), therefore the covered topics aimed to give the students background knowledge and prepare them to the topics that were then wider studied and discussed during the Intensive Study Programmes.
Warsaw University of Life Sciences was responsible for making use of all available features of the WULS e-learning platform for the project, as well as for coordinating the process of developing and implementing the courses. All partners contributed to creating materials and running the programmes. GOODFOOD Partners have put every effort to provide innovative education for the recruited students, as well as other educators willing to make use of the developed programmes and materials in the future.
Students enrolled to the GOODFOOD e-learning programmes were working with selected embedded food systems case studies from their home regions, with the support and guidance of the GOODFOOD lecturers.
All GOODFOOD e-learning materials are available here: E-learning materials.
