Catalogue of innovative teaching practices and best teaching tips for embedded food systems education
This output was developed in a form of a book providing tested and successfully implemented innovative teaching concepts and practices and teaching tips for embedded food systems education. They were developed based on the input collected from local workshops organized with the contribution of university teachers in each of the GOODFOOD universities. The examples, carefully selected from a broad range of presented and discussed ideas, include the description of the teaching practices or concepts regarding objectives, skills and resources needed, methods to be used, suitability for study programme level(s), needed prerequisites of students, and obstacles to overcome if identified (constraints, drawbacks, limits), feedback from testing the tool in a concrete situation.
